The look on her face when the donut truck was announced...lol. That was precious, because she reminded me of my favorite dog I ever had, Jack. He had that same face when we saw something exciting 🙂.

They are all great partners, and Raider is sooo little! She looks tiny next to Mattis! I mean, I've seen cats (30 lb Maine Coon - not fat, just BIG) almost as big as her! ❤

Raider is a Borador. That's why she goes up the stairs first--she is a trail dog among many other things.
Always good to remember if you offer a puppy a bite of your breakfast, she will want the whole thing! LoL So cute!

Officer Phil, you and Raider make a fantastic team. Every K-9 officer I've ever met (I sold cars to one officer years ago and his German Shepherd was brought in from Germany and he trained him) or see on videos knows that their K-9 partner is more than a fellow employee, they are also a trusted and loyal friend. These dogs put their lives on the line every day just like their human counterparts and deserve our utmost respect. I love that Raider and Mattis had some quiet time for interdepartmental dating! You two stay safe out there!

For sure one of God's greatest gifts to us was the dog...they are invaluable!

I try to take my dog everywhere I can except work because I can’t take her to work with me. Yesterday I had an appointment, and I gave her her carrot, and I turned around to shut the door as I was walking out, she dropped her carrot, and the look on her face hit me in the heart , it was a combination of confusion and sadness because she didn’t understand why I wasn’t taking her with me and she didn’t know how long I would be gone.
It was only an hour and 10 minutes she acted like I had been gone for hours. I love her more than life itself. I love my cats more than life itself. My little girl cat waits by the door for me too and if I’m gone too long. I can hear her crying at the door when she hears key in the door lock.
That was priceless, heartwarming.
Raider is so so excited to go to work with her Dad - it's lovely to see.
