Hi! Uncle Lee👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻 Thank You for sharing this video. If there’s an opportunity will definitely visit the restaurant to sample the food. Everyone must had a good feast. Did you bring any of the products back to Malaysia? Looking forward to your next posting. Cheers!🥂

Thanks for watching. No we didn’t bring back any products, it was only our second day of the trip and we still have a few more days in China. And the products need to be frozen all the way home which is not feasible.
But definitely high quality and safe products to eat.
When they told me that we will be visiting factory, I thought the factory would have rows and rows of workers manually making meatballs and dumping them into baskets… I am so wrong! Factory is automated with labs, proper freezer rooms, etc! Eye opening experience for everyone who went.

@@UncleLeeAdventures I was amazed by the size of the cold room for storage and the automation process. Huge capital put in to run such a magnificent size output. I cannot imagine the amount of profits derived from this big investment. The food definitely look delicious and the feedbacks given by you, Ah Fatt and Ah Ling strongly supported it. Am sure “Si Tow Poh” must have an enjoyable feast. A restaurant definitely worth patronising should I visit Santou one day. Thanks for your reply.

@@bernardtan3639 honestly before visiting this factory, my mind was thinking it is probably very traditional factory with hundreds of workers cutting, mincing beef, … and the workers dressed in traditional blue collar workers outfit, etc… never expected it to be like this…. Workers are in bunny suits just like in semiconductor factories!
It would be interesting to visit a “high rise” pig farm in China too, I bet it’s highly automated too. Unfortunately don’t have contact for this else would really be eye opening experience too.

Very nice hospitality by the factory. The visitors walkabout were like walking on a red carpet. So impressive 👍🏿

They are very gracious hosts. Enjoyed the visit and learned about the high tech factory. They were also very proud to show us around their state of the art facility.

Hi Uncle Lee, I’m not sure about everyone else, but when I go holiday other countries the last thing on my mind is to visit a fish balls factory. I think there is much more interesting things to look at. Honestly I think fish balls in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia are very tasty. Unless you want to import Chinese fish balls to Malaysia then I can understand your interest in visiting Chinese fish ball factories. What do others think?

We love visiting food factories because almost everyone in the group is in the F&B industry. A lot of interest to see how products are made. This was one of the highlight of my trip.
It will be boring for people that is into sightseeing, fashion, shopping, sports, nightlife, go-go dancing, clubbing, etc.
Different people have different interests. You don’t see me in shopping malls because I don’t like them.

I never take any fees or payment from anyone when I go shoot videos.
And they don’t need any advertising because they are so well known and big. They are already exporting worldwide and supplying to the whole of China and have many prominent customers.
I am just happy that they let me film their factory and hosted us. The owner there have many friends in Malaysia that are in the F&B biz.
