Nice vid. I lived in Madrid for 6 years and I'm going next Thursday for a long weekend for the first time since before the pandmic. So stoked to go and your vid made me more so. Such an underrated city. P.S. for the F1 race you should have gone to an Irish pub, they'd have been showing it no doubt
Thank you for the nice comment! I really hope you enjoy your trip!! That is such a good recommendation, I will for sure check one out next race! I'm planning on going back to Madrid soon, do you have any recommendations from when you lived there?
@@alexis_leblanc The one thing I would defo recommend is to go to Segovia for a day trip. You can get there by fast train from Chamartin station in about 35 mins for around 25 Euro. In the centre of Segovia is the most beautiful 2000 year old Roman aquaduct, still fully intact. (Google it) The city also has a lovely plaza mayor with a gothic cathedral and a medieval castle, all in walking distance. The food and wine are top quality too. A wonderful place to spend the day. You can also get to Toledo in under 30 mins by fast train or Avila in about an hour on a slow train. Both cities are stuffed with history and good food. Go in the morning and return in the evening. If you just eat a bocadillo you can make it a cheap enough day, though I'd recommend a menu del día!

It’s been so funny watching this blog! Don’t quit your job, but I can see a comedian in the making! (no future as a singer or a dancer, though😂)
@@davidrm110 HAHA thanks for the honesty, I think you’re right, it’s time to give up the dream
