  • Spent the night in Grand Island, headed west. Story on local news was that Big Boy was leaving North Platte in the morning, headed east. I had no time to chase a train, but the locomotive and I would be in Cozad at the same time. Coincidence or kismet? Either way, I saw something this east-coaster thought he'd never see.
