ORIGINAL INFO: The comic that makes the Adventures of the Kool-Aid Man seem grounded and logical.
RUMINATIONS: Shortly after filming the previous week’s storyline stuff, I broke the main Pollo puppet body - accidentally forcing the penlight in the back of its head into its head and making it impossible for me to retrieve it. I was forced to call in Amethyst to open ‘er up and then repair the opening up. However, that meant I could use the ground Pollo body finally, since it had never really made an appearance outside of its initial one, so this was a convenient excuse. I keep meaning to install an RC car underneath it, but it still hasn’t happened. I should probably contact the guys who made the RC cybermat for that and see what they can do.
Here’s also where Linkara becomes actively aware of a threat by the King of Worms, plus some foreshadowing that probably nobody has noticed concerning the current storyline “The Sleepwalker,” though it’s a bit subtle. Filmed this in my parents’ basement, naturally. I figured all the tech that my dad has lying around (keyboards, computers, etc.) would make for a good environment for someone like Vyce who was trying to rebuild his armor.

The "HOW DID HE GET INTO SPACE" freakout was hilarious enough, but the "STEAL IT FROM THE GROCERY STORES!" freakout was somehow even funnier.
Linkara was declared criminally insane after he murdered the CEO of jell o in a fit of rage. He was found with the body screaming " HOW DID HE GET INTO SPACE" and "STEAL IT FROM GROCERY STORES"
Linkara would spend the remainder of his life in a insane asylum.
He wrote “IT” on his cell wall in what from a distance could be mistaken as blood but in actually just unsolidified red jell-o mix
Jonathan Warrdddedcxddeececldron he also sliced his wrists, but instead of blood it was also jello, investigators are suspecting that his insides have been replaced mysteriously with jello

Pretty much. But at least he rather read more about this character than Crazy Steve.

However, the song used at the beginning is actually "The Happiest Days Of Our Lives" the song that proceeds "Another Brick In The Wall (Part 2)", even though a lot of radio stations, and have been known to play both songs together (Myself included) so the joke still works.
So, wait...Jello Man said that he would also be upset if someone stole "His Jello". Does that mean he eats Jello? Is Jello Man a cannibal? Dear god...Jello Man is a monster...

Good to know one of the best AT4W episodes came from a story by the guy Bill Jemas had a bet with because his kid couldn't read other stories.
@@dnmstarsi Well, she wasn't allowed to read most of her dad's comics until she was in her late teens... and by the time she was really old enough to, she didn't want to. PAD Jell-O Man and his stories in Disney comics were outliers.

I'm not sure what's more shocking, the fact that this comic exists or the fact that this comic did the one thing Holy Terror couldn't do.

When I was in middle school, I made a drawing of a superhero named Pepsi Man, and I made a whole team for him, which includes Mountain Dude, Dr. Pepper (a doctor that fights crime on his free time), The 7-Upper, and a few others.
If you sent that to PepsiCo, as all of those brands have at least some rights with that company, you would have been one of the most iconic superhero parody artists out there.

18:53: I like to imagine that Nimue has this alarm go off in the house whenever a comic makes Linkara snap and that's the cue for Pollo, Harvey, and the others to rush in and calm him down while the Technical Difficulties screen pops up.
I just love how Nimue would phrase it, “Information: Linkara is going insane from the comic he’s currently reviewing. Calling Pollo and Harvey Finevoice to calm or restrain him before he leaves this apartment and hypothetically destroys the world.”
In the museum one I was half expecting to discover that Lex Luthor stole forty puddings. That's as much as four tens. And that's terrible.
So wait Jell-O Man has a mouth and teeth, so that means he eats, if he eats that means he poops. So... our hero... is pooping Gelatin? *WHAAT!?!*

I like to imagine this being an unofficial backdoor pilot (so to speak) for an animated series about Jello-Man and Wobbly. And really, with all the other product placement cartoons from the 80's and 90's, this honestly isn't that farfetched in comparison. I even have some idea for the villain voice actors if, by some insane fluke this became a thing today:

The fact that they were able to find logic in any of this is why the Cybermen always lose.

That spring bit made me wonder: where does Jell -O Man fit in God's plan for us?
Forget how they got into space... HOW did the freaking dog-thing who can only say "yeah yeah yeah yeah!" learn about this planet and its aliens and their lack of Jell-O on his own, and how (with his limited vocabulary) did he communicate all this and the idea of helping them? He'd also have had to find out about it without anyone knowing he found out about it when he ostensibly never leaves Jell-O man's side...
Peak linkara craziness i love it. That opening bit had me rolling as he yelled "WHAT?!"
I know this is a few years old, but to note, a lot of retail stores DO have an automatic supply notifier nowadays. When certain products, especially those that go quickly, indicate that stock is low in the computer, a notification is automatically sent to the company and an order placed.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't show us Jell-O Man's transforming aircraft, the Jell-O Jet, which would cover where he parachuted from and potentially how he got into space. Maybe that was the plan for Issue #2.

To be fair, Lewis, this would make for an interesting Guardians of the Galaxy crossover. Sure, Groot and Rocket Raccoon are having lunch together on a distant planet, and are set upon by The Shoveler and are partly saved by Jell-O Man and Wobbly, much to Rocket and Groot's amazement. Then, they get involved with the pro-registration side of Civil War, causing confusion and panic among the anti-registration roster!

Makes you want Jell-o. So... this is the best Promotional Comic you've seen then, at least by that metric? I mean not like the Tandy Computer Whiz Kids with their PSAs made you want to run down to RadioShack and eventually volunteer at a rehab hospice.
When he first began he was known as "Agent Double L.O". Also, I got my copy as a pack-in with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Magazine.

1. Point of order, when they confronted the Shoveler, Jell-O Man was the one who said "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!"
So, in that sense, he did step on Wobbly's line.
2. The more I started thinking about Shoveler's point of view, the more I started feeling for the guy. ... Even, er, if he committed spree burglary. There's a line in _Hellsing Ultimate_ that I'm thinking of.

I actually had this comic as a kid (don't know if I still have it, though if I do its probably in a box somewhere)! I found it to be a quaint little comic (I find Woobly adorable), albeit a silly one, but that is what I'd expect from a comic about Jell-O mascots & find it funny that it would be one day reviewed by Linkara!
Also, most kids simply don't question superheroes going into space or them fighting pudding eating dinosaurs! Also besides, as Peter Venkman once said, there is always room for JELL-O!
