Hi everybody, today I'm making a very easy and delicious tart made with apricot jam, custard cream and fresh apricots. The pie crust I'm making for this recipe is really amazing, this is the best crust recipe that I've ever made. So crispy mouthwatering and delicious.

Here's what you need:
Two 12 cm tart pan
Or
One 20 cm tart pan
115 g flour
30 g sugar
20 g almond powder
1 egg yolk
60 g cold butter
Bake at preheated oven at 175 degress for 20 minutes then remove beens and bake for another 20 minutes.
1/2 cup apricot jam
Custard cream:
3 yolks
55 g sugar
1 tsp sugar vanilla or vanilla extract
300 ml milk
18 g corn starch

To make apricot jam i cooked 200 g apricot with 2 tbsp water and 100 g suger for 15 minutes then i blend cooked apricots and added a little amount of zafron and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
