Your videos work some mistireous thing on my brain... after watching them I see the point inmidiatly...in a few hours I'll be sitting at Pearson VUE 🤞 thanks for your help.
Love the videos !! Is this framing of schedules correct? Concurrent : I can complete a mock exam FR50(questions) or watch this video FI 3:22 (Choice between 2 behaviors 2 schedules)/ Conjunctive: Study for 5 minutes FI5 AND Study 15 pages of Cooper FR15 / Alternative Study for 5 min FI5 OR Study 15 pages of Cooper FR15 ..
So then why is this the case? The matching law applies to choice allocation among concurrent schedules of reinforcement. (Cooper, Heron, & Heward, 2019, p. 318) Now in the Alternative schedule I have to do one so, wouldn't the matching law apply there as well. If waiting a certain amount of time is easier than creating the 50 wedges Ill just wait for reinforcement. Is that not the matching law?
The matching law is a mathematical formula that describes allocation of responses. It ALWAYS applies - but it is not a tool that gets used - it’s a formula to describe a phenomenon that is observed. Much the formula for gravity. Listen to our newer vid on matching law (behavior digest) to see..

At first read after only one cup of coffee it looks great!
