Ingredients for Veg Choila | Soyabean Choila | Masyura ko Choila are:
300 grams Soybean chunks
1/2 table spoon fenugreek seeds
1 table spoon chopped garlic
1 table spoon chopped ginger
1/5 table spoon Sichuan pepper
1/4 table spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
6-7 fresh green or red chili
1 boiled tomato
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 lemon juice
Some fresh coriander
2 table spoon oil
