We tried Shormann biology this past year, and my son lasted two months. It was intense, and it took his love away from the subject. We made a change, and our year went MUCH better. For math, we use Dension for high school and LOVE IT! My kids belly laugh at his teaching; he really loves what he does.
My 11th grader is going to use Sonlight's American Lit next year, but we never use every book Sonlight offers. It's a great curriculum but is known for its rigor. We just make it our own and have fun with it.
