Nice one Jish. I like your videos and appreciate your commitment to motorbikes. Needless to say, you should be rewarded for your efforts and it’s frustrating that your monetary rewards were frozen unexplainably. If Google was a normal employer freezing wages, they would be trampled in court.
Anyway, pleased you sorted your issues out and good luck with your future videos. I will be tuning in 👍

Unfortunately this is becoming all to apparent in the U.K. Unfortunately companies trading in Britain are more interested in profit than adequately training their staff. I see this day in day out and technology just does not work here. I am sorry to disagree with you but the only way to get companies to change their attitude in the U.K. is to hit them in the pocket. I am a law undergraduate and they have a duty of care toward you that is part of the contract between you and Google. I would be looking for your loss of revenue plus interest at 2.5% above Bank of England base rate on that revenue and compensation for their incompetence. I understand this was an extremely difficult time for you but if you do not make a stand Google will continue to behave in this manner to others. It is a very easy process to recoup you losses through the small claims court. However I am extremely pleased that you were finally able to resolve this problem and best wishes for the future of your channel.
