If you had the right adapter you wouldn't need that "short piece of coax", you should clarify that. Your using two adapters and coax instead of one adapter.
@@Leo6009 for better or worse that's not something you can do directly, you have to reset the *entire* thing back to factory settings to clear them out. My approach when I have too many is to save something obviously dumb like 1mhz - 2mhz to all of them, rather than wipe all my nanovna settings just for the sake of clearing out that saved calibrations list
