Having built houses, camps and a few slide- in campers with no blueprints over the years found that if you're not making mistakes you're not learning. I make them every day. Great job nice to see young folks trying hard and learning how to work it out and not giving up .
I've watched several of your videos and I really like your tub design and the arches for the roof. The bedliner looks good. I'm in the early planning stages of designing a camping pod that will slide into my 7x13 Karavan utility trailer. I'll be "painting" the entire exterior with bedliner. Good looking camper!

what you are doing is a tough build, I have built over 200 teardrops and I have found its best not to over think things, you don't need to have such drastic angles to shed water because the truck won't be perfectly level especially when you store it, "keep it simple" and the build we be more enjoyable. keep it up :)
Unless I'm not understanding the issue...could pocket holes have worked? So as to not penetrate the plywood tub but still attach to it via the inside framing.
They sure could have (I believe), but, honestly, I'm not sure the idea even popped into my head at the time. Thinking about it now, I probably would have done the same thing I did end up doing, only because I wouldn't have wanted the pocket holes to show; and because I have no experience with filling (or making them), that idea might have seemed more complicated to me at the time. In the end, this was the solution that made the most sense to me, a complete novice. But great advice for anyone else who follows! Thanks, Tim!
I just remembered: I did try pocket holes when I came to the point of attaching my wall studs; but because they were 1.5"x1.5", I was only able to use one pocket hole, otherwise screws would have collided in the center, and just one wasn't enough strength.

Your clamps can be used in reverse to push pieces apart as well as drawing together.

I commend you good sir for documenting and building. I can barely mange just building my build let alone film and edit lol
Much appreciated! It has been difficult at times, but fun as well. Hoping others can learn from my successes and mistakes in their own builds.

Use epoxy glue and fibreglass your supports to walls.m
Next time you build 1. Frame 2. Siding...simple.
I'm not doing a frame. Plywood, plywood bulkheads and a fiberglass skin just like they build wooden boats; lighter, stronger, more weatherproof.

Way wayyyy too complex. Why curve it when you can just angle it. Far easier.
