RNG = random number generator, just an expression to mean the movements are random instead of predictable

@@hopcfizl3671 I follow Ryu on MM2! It's currently one of his recent played levels. I also got curious about possible hidden blocks or dev exits, but it's surprisingly legit, kudos to the level creator and ryu ofc.
Rules of the blooper:
Bloopers move in a pattern of approximately two tiles diagonally up and two tiles straight down (covering a 3 x 3 grid). I say approximately because their moveset is actually several pixels shy of a full three tiles so they will almost never be completely aligned within a vertical column of tiles.
Bloopers always approach until they are within eight tiles (horizontally) of Mario.
Once within eight tiles their approach is slightly random based on proximity.
The farther away a blooper is, the higher the probability they will approach.
Likewise, the closer a blooper is, the higher the probability that they will retreat.
The probability seems to be stacked in favor of approaching regardless.
Bloopers always align themselves to be three tiles higher than Mario.
This means that no blooper which is already three tiles (or higher) can touch Mario.
If Mario is on a higher plane than a blooper, that blooper's moveset changes to two tiles diagonally up and one tile straight down until that blooper is three tiles above the plane Mario is on.
If Mario is on a lower plane than a blooper, that blooper (no matter the distance) will always sink until it is three tiles above the plane Mario is on.
If Mario, while jumping, enters the same plane as a blooper (regardless of distance) that blooper will instantly reset to the rise portion of its moveset until it is on a plane above Mario's.

I think the level creator had a bunch of ideas for that last level, made an opening frog run section that was hard by itself, and then kind of gave up halfway through designing the 2nd section and just added a pipe to end the level to upload what he had finished
