There have been some things that I have observed about Russian drivers. Some of them are; they do not use their mirrors, don`t use their brakes, do not practice defensive driving, will not yield to another vehicle, never take responsibility for a crash they caused, drive way too fast during bad road conditions, and do not have a good understanding of an automobile, its function and limits.
