This is the best video on the internet, seriously. I have misophonia and I know it sounds made-up, but I genuinely cannot stand certain sounds and it has been ruining my life. I bought noise-canceling headphones and I put this on every single night to go to sleep. Whenever I hear a noise that bothers me, I put this on. And for some reason, every other white noise sound bothers me too. Thank you so so so much for this video, I know this sounds dramatic but you have no idea how much this video has helped me. I just bought a sleep mask too, so I'm prepared to have the best sleep ever.

This is amazing but no good for me to get to sleep with. the transitions are too stark. make it one long sequence with little sound variation between segments and it would be a masterpiece, but as it is it startles me each segment.
