Well now it’s proven that we can beat a top 10 team. If you really think about it, that means we can at least survive the first game of the playoffs. I believe we can do more but a lot of ppl have been skeptics, calling this a 7-5, 8-4 season etc. Ole Miss needed that game more than anything. This was a great opportunity to be tested in a dangerously competitive game.
@@kevin123652always a fistfight. I hate that. lol I like a good hard fought game as much as anybody, but I could do with a double digit win here and there. Will be a brawl as always
This isn’t that difficult to imagine either. Ole Miss has one of the highest ranked defenses in the country and needed this game bad, bad. While Arkansas is a threat and this is a rivalry, I don’t think they want this as bad as ole Miss did. Texas A/M is the scariest thing on our schedule right now.
@@huntertrum3658 I think Bama and Ole Miss for sure the hardest home games. Not sleeping on Vandy tho. I agree the next two games are brutal. I refuse to put a ceiling on LSU. I’m not saying they WILL finish top ten. But I wholeheartedly believe that they CAN. And when their backs have been against the wall, they have found a way.
@@monkeyglocks for sure ole miss was one of our toughest; I was talking about the toughest post ole miss. But yeah, I think LSU can, I don't know if they will, but I sure hope so. Geaux Tigers!
It’s like I’m 50/50 rn like the fan in me wants to believe we will win out and go to the CFB and the realistic side of me is telling me we still have a long way to go but I really like the makeup of this team but for us to take that next step Nuss has to keep the Defense honest by running the ball 💯 anyway GeauxTigers
As an Arkansas fan i dont like it. We only play close when we're bad and LSU plays down to our level. When our level is high, LSU raises the bar and wins by 28. We're better so they're bringing their A game.
@MyVisualRomance lol not trying to sound rude haha.... you get it I'm sure. I would have rather expected to win instead of losing exactly as pathetic and embarrassing as I knew it would be. LSU has been sneaky good all season and people acted like they were easy. The film don't lie, they are solid all around and are a quiet front runner in the playoffs.
When you and a team that is entrusted to your care are being swarmed by thousands of excited and drunk people actively breaking the rules to be there, I think you have the right to be unsettled. Yes the players are having fun with their fellow students but the coach is thinking about any of them getting injured in the chaos or worse. Although unlikely, it's absolutely something to consider that the players probably aren't thinking about in the moment. That alone is unsettling, and then you add the fact that you have absolutely no control over the chaos and you feel even more so unsettled. Rushing the field is great right up until it causes an unnecessary problem that has ramifications on someone's health or the rest of the season. To be clear, I love the idea of rushing the field but his worries are absolutely warranted
Hate that he said he doesn't enjoy the crowd rushing the field is this grandpa coaching LSU? And the softball question about Nus throwing to many deep balls and needing to tuck it in and run they needed to press grandpa more on this he doesn't seem to be aware this will lose him games or the fact that he needs to defer when winning the coming toss
They don’t need to storm the field every time LSU wins a big game. It’s sort of embarrassing; act like you’re SUPPOSED to win. And we ARE… All that being said; drunken college kids celebrating don’t care about optics.
The crowd rushing the field is, first of all, costly for the school. More importantly someone could get hurt or even worse, killed. He’s being a grown ass man by not wanting people to rush the field.
I think NOW we’ll start getting into our peak we haven’t played our best football yet, huge win for the confidence of our team. GEAUX TIGAS🐯

Coach Baler called a helluva game Saturday night. I loved seeing the defense swarm around and make plays all game especially in the second half.
One thing I love about this team is that they just don’t quit, and they do very well when the pressure is at its worst.
Imagine this improved defense WITH our offense clicking and Hilton and Daniels back from injury. Could turn into a legendary season. Geaux Tigahs
