I have 2019 rav4 LE. I think 2024 rav 4 le, the big difference is they add on Blind spot monitoring . Only XLE get it , five years ago. Every thing else is same.❤❤❤
It sure is,I have a prime SE and it’s a nice little unit, wish Toyota would catch up with the rest of the world with their app and features but it’s a Toyota expect great reliability, much better than a 1.5 turbo/ CVT Honda especially at higher mileage
I'm trading a little 2009 Corolla sedan that lacks cruise control and has only 2 wiper speeds. AM/FM radio has lousy sound, but works. Basic beyond belief. And yet mechanically the POS has never failed me in all these years.
I didn't mind the LE's basic interior and I actually prefer the manual key. But the non-painted side mirrors make it look cheap, does Toyota usually do this with their basic models? 1:51
you dont buy a whole different car because of a painted mirror. its called wrap. its a 2 second vinyl wrap job knuckle head. cost 20 bucks@@BEASTxMODE
I have a 2022 le , the more I drive it, the more I like it, drives like a car, looks like a truck, good mileage and was bulletproof in the snow with winter tires here in Canada with AWD. I would not tow in an SUV, I would buy a truck…..
I had a 2021 rav 4 xle but my new lease rav 4 2024 i could only get the LE for the xle the price was 150 a month more . Interest rates went 🆙 in 2027 i will buy a 2027 rav4 xle cash 💵 no more leases
As a geezer with (years of sacrifice) plenty of money, I still can't get over Toyotas costing $35-$45,000. I guess families buy really old used cars and suffer the repair bills.
I just bought a brand new 2024 RAV 4 LE with the XP package which is just gloss trim and black metal rims really for $29,000 out the door so you can get them for a good deal
About the only meaningful feature above the LE is the power liftgate, and yet the LE liftgate opens smoothly and easy as heck. My interest would be avoiding the stupid "moonroof," which seems to be in every model.
What you have said I for one like the key .😮 I have had theft concerns about push button start that I have rentedI LIKE the key idea. The CVT transmission for me is to new and unproven I prefer the older proven without internal belt drives ( I may be wrong on the belt drive). I understand Honda's small sun's turbos are mandatory,. My concern is they will be EXPENSIVE to r or r. I'm told when you have one bad tire with all wheel drive you must replace ALL 4.
For the tire statement if they are close to new then no but if you used them (maybe 40%) at least change two tires but anything over 50% used then it’s better to change all 4 as it can hurt the awd system/transmission. The push or key system doesn’t matter it’s a preference. Software to code for stealing a vehicles are not cheap and all vehicles update with new software unless it’s a Dodge, they can still steal them. Cvts I would stay away from as you have to service them every 30k and when they go it’s around 6-8k to replace. No one likes to fix them they give you a choice of new or refurbished. Vehicles are not as strong as older ones but service them and you will get your money worth.
Holy moly, the fantastical electronic complication of today's cars! And yet, based on my absolutely reliable15-year-old Corolla, I wouldn't buy anything but another Toyota.
IMHO I think they have nerve charging the price they do for this vehicle and they have nerve repeating this vehicle with such little to basically NO changes in it. When you are talking base model LE or upper tier XLE, XLE premium, adventure, Prime the prices are getting to be a little too much and the minor differences to charge those large sums is getting ridiculous. They could provide all that stuff with a lower price period and provide some of these minor features in the base package it's ridiculous to cut it for premium levels. Overall it's a scam to call this a 2024 model when it's exactly the same.
Southeast Toyota adds almost $1500 worth of stuff to the total price. Can any of that be removed? I bought my RAV4 in Tennessee and avoided all these add ons.
Most dealerships will drop the price but if not go to another dealership that doesn’t add on. Or when it comes off the truck you can grab one so it doesn’t have the add ons. Talk to the sales managers.
@@HawkeyeRides I bought my 2024 TRD Off Road over the hill Tennessee, no Southeast junk in North Carolina, saved over $1500. I was lucky to find it just sitting on the lot. I hear these are hard to find.

Now the buying is getting better though because buyers can get some savings but the prices have increased so it’s still not as good as before pre Covid.
How does the 2024 rav4 compare to the 2024 mazda cx5? The cx5 looks a little smaller was curious by how much. Interior quality, vehicles dont even compare
About an inch smaller than the RAV4, interior isn’t as good as the cx50 but the ride to the cx5 is smoother with softer surfaces. Both have about the same sound that comes in for outside, the turbo off the line in the cx is faster but as for higher speed they are close to the same.
