I always look up to my teacher when it comes to learning english. He is intelligent, highly educated and quite funny as well. Learning English has never been exciting until i found him. His lessons not only live up to my expectations but always beyond that. He is always willing to go the extra miles in order to make us understand the language. He didn’t embarrass to show us his old socks with big holes just to ensure that we understand the words. I have never found so dedicated teacher likes him. He is one in a billion. Thanks Wes. You are the best. Please don’t stop teaching in youtube.
Last night, in bed, I was trying to understand and memorize 'brush up on'. Today I watched a video, actually just hearing while I'm washing dishes. But suddenly I could hear 'brush up on'.. yeah.. I was like 'what?? Is that what it is? the thing I learned yesterday?' haha. I wouldn't understand if you didn't teach me. Thanks.. the sentence was 'you may need to brush up on some of those skills before you're ready to try using it on your own' By the way, is it the right sentence 'I wouldn't understand if you didn't teach me' It was complicated which one I should use between "wouldn't" and "couldn't" Thank you. have a wonderful day.. your family too.
What an awesome teacher you are, Wes! Your lessons are clear, well structured, helpful: they grow out of your solid preparation and communication skills.
I really need to get rid of things that would lead me to procrastinate to learn more about English. I should focus on brushing up on my English skills in reading, listening, speaking, and writing with Interactive English. I look up to you Wes for your generosity of sharing your knowledge with us non-native English speakers. Thanks so much! - from Philippines here 🇵🇭
Many thanks! Please give the list of all verbs you are going to teach at the very beginning so we can go directly to those we don't know and skip the others that we already know. Much more efficient in terms of time.
I’ll like to first congratulate myself, cuz I find you and your awesome Channel! I’ve been practicing and learning tons since then. Your charismatic and great personality in conjunction with all of your knowledge reflects back to us your students a sense of confidence and motivational inspiration for us to eagerly learning every and each day more. I hope one day I can speak and write as good and as much grammatically correct as any native do! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Thanks for the inspiration. I believe that learning foreign languages can add insight. The verbal phrase - to live up to - in Spanish would be - realizarse - to realize yourself or your goals/dreams). Do you see how this verb- to live up to- would be confusing to a non-native-English learner?
I’m using your lessons to help my son who has moderate autism. I’m so grateful to you. May the Lord grant you the desires of your heart that align with his will & proceed to carry out His grace and goodness in your life with such wonderful surprises, in Jesus name. Merry Christmas🤍

I look up to many kind, hard-working, determined people whose ideas and creativity have made the world a better place, like Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, etc. But the contemporary figure I really admire is Jack Ma. From having nothing, he became a billionaire on his own, facing untold biased rejections and hardships in an oppressed country.
