I actually bought a Monkeyfeet, but it turns out the grip width in my dumbbell (an adjustable weight dumbbell) is about 1/2" too short to fit in the Monkeyfeet unit; I was so disappointed, booh! Luckily, MF has free returns because I love my dumbbells and don't want to have to buy new ones to fit them! Heading over to Amazon right now to look up Velcro straps as I'm a woman and will never progress over 15lb. per foot so the lack of ankle support with that option is fine by me
