Astronaut Long stay in Space Mission create various Physical and anatomical crisis due to weightlessness in microgravity in spacecraft which lead to atrophy mean medical loss of bones and muscles mass . Which needs prevention efforts by including exercises and nutrition dietary measures to counters acts . Such loss in every month is calculated as 1% less dense in mass which needs exercises to recovery of bones minerals to adaptation of earth gravity to avoid bones from fracture and muscles to functions properly on earth gravity.
