    Thanks for the video, Arjun. How did you figure out how much hydration/salt/gels you need for a given long run?
    I can run for like an hour and a half on just water and some apple juice beforehand, and I don't get cramps or dehydration or such.

      For me, it all comes down to trial and error! Ultimately, it all comes down to what works best for you. If you feel like you are fueled adequately for whatever run you are going to do, keep using those tactics! I also recommend experimentation in training, so you can feel confident with your fueling on race day. Thanks for wathching!
