Não vejo mesmo com over clock de 28 MHZ um atmega 328P
dar conta dessa tarefa..
Com 2 K de RAM e 32 K de Flash , vc terá que emular um procesador da familia 6805
ou um zilog Z80 etc e talls,, dentro de um microcontrolador..
isso é imposivel...!!!
