All of y’all being disgusted that he ate the shell. It’s part of our culture. This is how we eat shrimps back in our country, Asians are taught to not waste food and certain types of shrimps taste much better shell on. Scientific research found out that this can lower your cholesterol & improve joint & cartilage health. Try it before you judge someone and their culture.

Spot on. Best recipe! I’ve made many of these RUclips recipes but this one here is it. I add onions to mines, cause that’s my business. If you cook the shrimp in sauce a 1000xs better. It doesn’t take long to cook shrimp.

Really Good..came out Great!...I have done both ways..shrimp cooked in sauce, & shrimp cooked boil in water.. I found that the shrimp cooked in the water comes out less salty...so its really up to you're liking.. instead of cooking shrimp in the sauce.. Just boil the shrimp with one cut up lemon for 2-3 minutes & then add the sause to the shrimp..👌🤤

Recipe ( made this four times best so far)
    - 1 table spoon cayenne pepper
    - 1 table spoon lemon pepper
    - 1 table spoon Cajun
    - 1 1/2 table spoon paprika ( add 1tble spoon only for less spice or add more for less spice)
    - 1 table spoon old bay seasoning
    - 4 sticks of UNSALTED butter ( real butter ) . If you really like salt go ahead and use salted
    - 2 garlic heads ( heads is whole, not on tiny clove )
    - 1 table spoon of brown sugar
    - 1 1/2 table spoon Louisiana Cajun sauce ( can be the rooster sauce )
This is for two pounds of shrimp doesn’t matter the size.
Add double for 4 pounds so it would be double everything.
Melt butter than add garlic . Let garlic cook not burn. When you start smelling the garlic that’s when you know it’s cooking. Then add spices. Make sure you mix the spices together in bowl.
Then cook everything together make sure it’s well blended.
Then add shrimp. Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar ! ( make it stick to shrimp)
Then cook shrimp until turns it’s color. Personally I cook it on medium high heat for 6 min.

Beside garlic butter and other spicies. You guys need to add: “Broth Base & Seasoning-Chicken Flavor”, “Both Orange Juice & Orange& lemon Juice Concentrated” and “Coconut milk” and a little bit of “milk” too. This is how my cousin does and it’s “extremely” good that our whole families never want to go to The Boiling crab anymore. Because it’s wayyyyy yummier. The secret is lot of “Chicken base, coconut milk & orange juice concentrate”. Boil the crawfish or shrimp separate with “orange juice, onions, celery, garlic, seasoning powder” for 5mins (2nd boil), turn of heat, pour ice cubes in, let it soak 12mins. Then mix with the sauce above and serve. I guarantee you guys will be addicted.

Beside garlic butter and other spicies. Add: “Broth Base & Seasoning-Chicken Flavor”, “Both Orange Juice & Orange& lemon Juice Concentrated” and “Coconut milk or half & half milk”. This is how my cousin does and it’s “extremely” good that our whole families never want to go to The Boiling crab anymore. It’s wayyyyy more delicous. Then mix with the sauce above. I guarantee you guys will be addicted.

Lalala Hi. For 2lbs of Country Rock butter (We always have at least 30lbs of crawfishes) , I use 1 whole can of Orange juice concentrate; 1/2 can of Lemon juice concentrate (Great Value-Walmart brand), 1 whole pot of chicken base, 1 whole can of coconut milk 14oz(asian market;half & half milk alternative), 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup milk, big bow of stir fried crushed garlic ( this done separated for crunchy taste). Don’t forget to add 1/2 tablespoons of each of all the spices too. I will tell you what kind of spicies I use tomorrow.
