Why is it the younger generation get all the the best Bibles with the great features and most appealing layout?! I'm 63 and I love the design of this Bible! No fair! 😄

I've had a NET Bible for some time now and it's decent. Same cover as the one you showed except it's not The Text version. My main Bible is the ESV Study Bible. I also like the Berean Bible. I think it's good to look at other translations, within reason, to better understand a passage.

I really like the NET translation, how they use the language. Would love to see Nelson publish an high-end NET Bible, but I think the thinline large print in genuine leather is a big step in the right direction. I love their online resources with the full notes available. The TEXT Bible seems very nice, the layout is amazing. Might be a purchase later this year!

My daughter is 35 and just received her NET The Text today. She's not a new believer by any means but she really likes this Bible so far. Keep up the great reviews Tim!

My favorite part of a Bible are the things I find in the back. I've done a few "backwards" review videos when I have a Bible that's full of unique info in the back. Thanks for review! 🤗

Thanks brother Tim, gorgeous NET edition, my favourite translation, next to my Greek New Testament

I agree that this Bible is probably geared to young people. Teens and young adults may gravitate towards this Bible.
I have a couple of NET Bibles in my collection. A full notes version and a Thinline. I find value in them when comparing to other translations. I still enjoy the CSB and NIV more when it comes to this type of translation. The most wonderful thing though, is that there are so many great options out there for people to hear from God!

Is it the Goldilocks size in dimensions not considering the thickness ?

By the way, a New Year wish... I would love to see a review of John F. MacArthur Study Bible 2nd Edition, and of the CSB Apologetics Study Bible, both which I use currently for my in-depth studies.

Hello. I came across your channel, when I was looking for reviews on HCSB, and I'm now a subscriber. Can you do a review on CEB vs CSB? Thanks!

It's always odd to see the publisher trying to sell the NET Bible on its text instead of its famed footnotes. I suppose I prefer some of the NET Bible's translation choices over those of the NIV, but it's still not my go-to Bible out of the "mediating" translations. (I strongly favor the CSB over other translations in this range.) This layout isn't really impressing me, either, but at least it's a single-column text. I guess it works as a wide-margin edition once you get past the clutter in the margins.

I believe the reason Nelson publishes the NET is because it is part of their acquired portfolio of translations, and it is the mediating translation that they have rights to publish. (Their other translations include the KJV and NKJV). Other publishers have rights to print other mediating translations.
