Hey Joe. Loved the video. I don't have many Blues albums and some of these look pretty cool to check out. When you pulled the Electric Mud album, I thought it was the name of a Psych Band at first. Just gave you a sub. Cheers from Canada. Darryl.
Eddie thank you! When I got the deck it was not working! It was a pain to get it going again. But it works wonderfully now. Going to check your channel out as well.
Hey, enjoyed your video and subscribed! I’m learning more about the Blues and found your channel thanks to the vinyl tag. I look forward to learning more as I watch more of your videos. Thanks!
Hi Joe. New subscriber to your channel. Great tag! A couple responses I'll probably echo in my video in January. Great to see you show Mel Brown. Mel lived in my hometown for the last 20 years or so of his life. A good friend of mine would frequently play with Mel. Not a name your hear often, especially in the VC. Cheers, Jeff
Hey Joe Paul here... Got me on the Mel Brown ill have to give a listen..love some Freddie King for sure..i didnt know Leon produced a album for Freddie.. first few Allman albums you bet...John Prine pride of Maywood ....subbed to you btw...great stuff great tag thanx for sharing and take care
Mel Brown is killer! Great guitarist. Also Check out Joe "Boogaloo" Jones. Yeah Freddie was signed to shelter records...kinda reignited his Album sales...Freddie was a touring machine.
Hi Joe, new subscriber to your channel. Loved to see the blues albums and the soul. I love the blues though I don’t bring in that many blues records, good ones have been hard to find. I did figure what the best live album was going to be. Blakey, great drumming for sure and man did he make some records. Great tag, well done
@@stevecarlsonvinylcommunity9147 Steve...thanks for the compliment and sub. I hooked on the blues really like the delta and piedmont blues. Not a big fan of alot of horns with the blues. Trying to get into more jazz but it's tuff to find that in south Georgia.
Freddie toured a lot in the early 70s. At least I know I saw him twice in Bakersfield. Tony Williams is my favorite Jazz drummer. I never get tired of Electric Mud.
@@VinylPiper honestly nothing but I had to make a choice to answer the question. And just picked Bruce. I can put aside someone's differening political views to enjoy their music

@@BriansFunHouse Thank you sir! I enjoyed doing it.
nice picks.. Europe 72 has been a longtime favorite. What don't you like about Bruce?
He is a limousine liberal, for one.
