Kind of don't, it tends to be very minor variations usually in an attempt to keep matches flowing and to avoid matches being won on fouls. Rules keep needing updates due to things like the "Queen's" move also. The less televised matches have slightly different priorities.

Two different refs will see the same 1/2 inch bobble and call it differently. 2) two different refs can see the same slip and one will say it was intentional and the other wont. 3) there is a grey área between pushing someone off their pad and actually going for a press.

Why does the set grip have to be an auto strap? You can have a set grip without straps. If there is a slip then apply the strap just like in any other rules. The set grip when refereed correctly like Travis is the best way to start an armwrestling match. The explanation about intentionally slipping when you are over the top of the other persons hand was ridiculous 14:00. You could see Devon shaking his head. This meeting just like other rules meetings is frustrating to watch. So many things that don't make sense.
