For those that have the push in style, you have to remove the rubber dust cover, then unhook the spring that holds it in place. The dust cover might take a little tugging, but it'll come off.
Obviously once the bulb is replaced, latch the spring back in place, stuff the dust cover back on, and plug the wiring harness back in.
There's literally zero videos showing this option for the 2016+ Hrv.

Great video, mine is a 17 and uses the straight push on connectors, I chose auxito led from Amazon have had good support and product from them, literally night and day transformation from halogen to led, brighter whiter and better high beams, the brand I chose does support drl and no issues with direct replacement, video is spot on and he did a good job, did both of mine in under 10min in driveway with no tools besides flashlight
