Think they're ornamental. Though the Warcraft movie of a different canon has them growing from him. Probably explained as to look call and ornamental or a fel mutation. 🙂
@@LoreoftheCards I think that's the same explanation for the alternate Gul'dan as well. Explains why he looks so much like his movie counterpart...though since alt Gul'dan is ALSO a deformed cripple like his "main" self, it's a good thing HE doesn't disrobe, lol.
