Hi, As you're saying that the invoice number is unique, so you cannot add it as question into Google Forms. For this, you'll need to manually add a column into Google Sheets. Then you can either manually add the invoice number for each entry or use formula as required. Once done, you can use that variable in Form Publisher to add invoice number.

It literally took me 18 times through to find the error I was having. Jump to about the 10 minuter mark. Instead of selecting just the Invoice tab select the entire document. Then it will be able to pull the price from Sheet 2.

Implement Form publisher in all these Forms. Fill the Form and automatically invoice gets generated and emailed to client. Question: Is it possible to use vlookup when you have the same product but with different prices when using Google form and Google sheets why creating automatic invoice?
You can use INDEX-MATCH combination for that. If you want to use VLOOKUP, you'll have to create a new column and assign a unique ID to these products. Having same product with different pricing would indicate there is some form of difference in them; they'll either have different model numbers or some form of serial number. Use that in VLOOKUP.
Could the answers of that form be linked to 2 other documents, like an invoice and a product sheet, let say for manufacturing, where we just need the specs but not the prices? Thanks

Hi Munigonda, It’s easy. Add 50 items in Item Master sheet where price and product is mentioned. Add these items in Google form drop down. And implement the same way and it gets automated 👍 You can use Form Ranger Addon to update Google form drop down from a column in google sheet automatically 👍

This tutorial is DEAD. It doesn't work anymore! Final invoice gives #REF! errors. I double checked it 3 times.
in form builder, instead of just selecting one sheet, select all of them so it pick up the formula.
