I would wote for the original colorpop colorstories. Even if some of mentioned palettes are discontinued, I find this battle series helpful to choose the best palettes for me. And original ones are better in that sense. Anyway your individually crafted palettes obviously would be in the top of ranking and they can have some honorable mention.
My favorite is the original lilas quad. I used one completely and hit pan again in my favorite shimmer in the second quad, because it had to be in my collection.

Calling Violette Etendu the winner before watching. Put it on my eyes this morning. I own quite a lot of these, but the Paris Etoile is one that I missed out on and has been out of stock since I had my eyes on it.
Viseart has been on my radar for years & years. I can never bring myself to buy! Lilas is for sure the one I'd go for out of all of these, but tbh at one time or another, all of these have sat in my cart! Im currently eyeing the tyrion petit four. So pretty!

Wow! That's dedication. I have too much eyeshadow to be hitting pan, so repurchasing because of that always amazes me when people achieve it.

My favourite is still Petite Pro 3. Green, purple and neutrals in a tiny palette, you can't beat the options for a small travel palette.
Petit Pro 3 was my first and I certainly don't regret it.
