- So many lambs!!
And they seem to be coming in three's!!
We also finally took a couple lambs to the vet for some answers...
Matty got his clostridial anti-toxin so he could be introduced to creep feed, and how does he repay me?? By flirting with Carissa. That's how. 😉

What a JOYFUL video. I love the lamb climbing on mom while mom is birthing another. Thank you Sandi for all your work and thank you RUclips for letting her share such JOY with us!!
Crazy, right?!💕💕💕That’s more stepping on and over and dangling than I’ve seen here in awhile!
Lamb was mom’s birthing assistant! Lol
I totally agree. THANK YOU! These are such beautiful events to watch. BIRTH and LOVE. Thanks u tube for letting this channel show and watch what we tune in for births, and the adorable babies. Life with its ups and downs. And She shares all of this with us. I stop everything I am doing to watch.
I am quite sure Mom wasn't quite so happy with the one playing mountain climber while she was giving birth to the next sibling lamb! Lol
You know the barn is cold when the lambs come out steaming.
Ok I lost it at “literally climbing out” 😂 and then mom is all, “oh hey 👋🏼 where did you come from?” 😂💀
That is pretty cute.
Made he have a chuckle at that
It's been a tough week and it's not Friday yet. Your lambs always make me smile. Thank you!
As sad as it is to lose a lamb, it always interests me as to the why and I am glad your vet is on board with finding answers and encouraging you on this path.
I can never tire of seeing the little leapers leaping. Thanks for sharing this with us.
does anyone else find themselves involuntarily pushing along with the ewes when they are lambing? lol
Lol! And, how many times we see similar comments every lambing video. 😉 Or about holding your breath or not relaxing until the baby takes a few good breaths?
It's like parents/caretakers holding their mouths open when spoon feeding a baby... It's just human nature! 😁
Wait for this, That bus was meant to be a Taxi. But, it wasn't working out so well. You converted it into a Magic bus. PLEASE keep calling it that. I love it!!!!
I must thank both you Sandi and Carissa for all your hard work in bringing all those delightful lambs to us...they are all over the place...you are certainly close to our hearts in all that you do...🐑🐏
Love from Scotland 💌😁✨
Love seeing the butt/tail wiggles when the babies find the teats! The best part of lambing, in my eyes ❤️ would love to see how the single black legged one is doing 😍🥰
Yes!!
Unfortunately there have been more stillborn and little ones that couldn't make it than we would like to see, but still... it's been a wonderful lambing group.
So many triplets and quads, not to mention quite an array of color schemes.
It's both emotional and pure joy in equal parts.
Great job Sandi and Carissa. 💕💕💕💕
The lamb that climbed out and then mama turned around all shocked like "where did you come from?!" was exactly the laugh I needed today. I have a high stress job and your videos are better than meditation for bringing my stress levels down. Keep being you, always. Because you and your sheep are an absolute joy
The "Udderly" pump is so cool - I could just feel that engorged ewe heaving sighs of relief & so much easier for the babies to 'latch' on 🥰
I have lost count on how many sets of triplets for this lambing. They variety of colorings is amazing.
So many beautiful lambs! I’m with you Sandi, putting down babies is emotional. I can’t believe your continuous stamina to keep going when you feel tired. I’m so glad when you are hungry you decide you need to go have a break and then come back. Those cameras are such a help. I’m so glad you have them in your barn. Wishing you good rest this evening.💕🐑
Imagine not only having to birth three babies in a row, but also pushing one out while the first one is very literally jumping on you 🤣 These poor moms.
Hi Miss Amazing Super-Sheep Mom Sandy! I’m a newer subscriber, and as your videos are so happy & relaxing, I had to binge them all the last couple weeks before bed!☺️You have come so far over the years incorporating all the things you’ve learned in the University of Real Sheep Farming with all the tips you have shouted at you from the peanut gallery of the comment section. 😂. You do an amazing job! I’m a doc, and I remember what it’s like to deliver babies when things go wrong. It can be so frustrating and terrifying when you are the only person in the whole hospital/barn.😳
The ONLY thing I have a comment on -as an infection prevention-would be to clip the umbilical cords down to maybe 6cm or so before dipping it, and hold the dip cup against it’s body and give the whole lamb and cup a bit of a “slosh” so that the iodine easily covers the snipped end all the way through to where the cord exits the body-so there is a circle of iodine on the belly. I believe the “sheep tip” I read was Snip, Strip, Dip as far as “don’t forgets” after lambs are born. I am so thankful that after residency I never again had to spend hours watching monitors, for the 10 minutes of fun catching the babies. I admire your Superhero-like strength as you psych yourself up for the next lambing cycle filled with minimal sleep and maximal responsibility. You are truly AMAZING, and you bring so much joy! If I’m ever in Canada, I’d love to help catch some sheep babies if you were short a couple hands….
Thank you, also, for doing all this “Above & Beyond” RUclips stuff with the tiny bit of time you have….it blows my mind as much as it makes me feel lazy!🤣. You ROCK! Don’t ever let your brain tell you anything different! 😉☺️❤️
Yes! Agreed with the full dip right up into a belly circle.
The newest Billy lambs mom's hoof stomp was so cute. She really said my lamb! Backoff! Lol good momma.
Miz Stories - Oh yes I agree. Soo cute of Mom. Goats will do a one-stomp warning, too. :-)
Sandi, your videos are the fastest 24/25 minutes I’ve ever experienced. I enjoy them so much and I’m always shocked (and disappointed) when they end. I want to keep watching and it seems like only a few minutes have passed when the video ends. It makes my RUclips day when you post a video. I don’t know how you do it all but I’m glad you do! 💖💖
That lamb that was climbing on mom while lambing sibling....."I can help! Let me push right here... there ya go Mom!" too cute.
I tell you, that must have been a heck of a '3 for 1' sale!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🐑❤️
My goodness a lamb explosion!! Keep the coffee handy Sandi!!
The lambing storm is waving through the barn once more! Always happy to see things going as intended.
The flexibility of these newborns never fails to amaze me.
Wow! Those ewes were popping out babies left and right!! Your new lamb taxi seems to be working real good. Love watching new life come into the world.
Nothing like an afterbirth facial for the skin! Now this was a busy day full of lamb cuteness 🥰
The little brown lambs are so cute. I hop you keep some of those.
I can't wait to see the numbers on this group, triplets everywhere. Sandi, I'm tired just watching you. Hang in, you've passed the halfway point. ♥️
Diane Lugo - I know!! I'm guessing the overall average is 2.8 this time.
I love to see how happy Matty is to see you ❤️😃 I sure hope you keep Matty forever. I would love to see Matty grow up through the years. Sandi you are a wonderful "Shepherd" always on the ready to help your flock out at a moments notice. I love to see a little Billie born. I'm just full of love and happiness today and that's all because of you and your editing of your videos.😍❤️🥰
The year of the triplets! You do such an amazing job with your flock. Quite an assortment of colors this year as well. So funny to see that lamb on top of its Mom while she's trying to pop out its brother or sister.
What an amazing lambing season this year, colors are beautiful too . All the hard you do ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
WOW!! I’m so impressed by your strength and compassion for your animals. So many babies
So sorry for your losses, glad the vet helped with the why's and reinforced that you are doing a wonderful job as a shepherd. Thanks for sharing all the beautiful lambs and your hectic life ❤
Sandi - that was crazy!
So many lambs!
You need snack foods out in your office/NICU so you can grab something.
I'm afraid if you had anything big and comfy enough to fall asleep on you might never get back to the house after night check!
Stats are going to be so interesting!
❄🐑❄🐑❄🐑❄🐑❄
I wondered how you kept track of the babies you hand feed.
@@glendaruff125 they're still marked to their Mom.
That way she still knows who their Mom is and which rams she was bred with. She gets the rest of their info when she weighs, gives selenium shots, and puts the rubber bands on the tail.
Then Sandi and Carissa find the lamb(s) who accepts the bottle best if the lamb(s) are triplets or quads - or the mother rejects them - and those are put on the "nanny."
I'm sorry if that's not helpful or what you want. 😔
@@glendaruff125 Alice's info is correct! Also, Sandi puts rfid ear tags on the lambs when weighing etc., before they are let out into a common area or put on the "nanny." So, all the info is in her computer. Plus, she puts the matching spray painted numbers on the mother's and babies' sides so that she can easily see which babies go with which mother.
Makes my day seeing the lambs being born and love seeing the weak lambs pull threw with your love and devotion
That brown bottle baby is gorgeous!
Anyone else completely obsessed with the sound of Sandys doors opening?!? Like it’s my fav part. Her opening the barn door!
Sandi, you absolutely make me smile when I see a vid from you!
all the babies are adorable, even when you have them warming up as a lamburritto (think thats how it spelled).
Sandy, I have watched your videos for a long time and absolutely love them! I don't usually comment because let's face it you're busy and sometimes a thumbs up is enough. But I am an oncology nurse practitioner and some days by job it's just so sad. Watching your lambs watching your channel brings me such joy! Thank you for sharing your world with us❤️ thank you today for bringing me a little lamb and joy!
You picked a rough job.
My Dad was on the cancer floor and the other floor was cystic fibrosis.
I dropped out of high school to help with the other kids: I was 16, then 12, 10, 8, 6, and 4 months - 8 months when my Dad died at 43 of lymphoma.
Just death.
Dec 23, 1980.
Mom's 83 now and has 25 grands and 12 greats so far, but it wasn't easy getting here.
Thank you for all of your hard work.
Sometimes just a spark if Joy can make all of the difference.
I can just imagine how taxing your job would be, but I'm sure that your patients are grateful for your help.
Alice Cain - Just to say you are wonderful to help your family so much.
Both my parents had to quit school when the Great Depression hit 1928-1938. They were in large families & everyone who was able had to work to help feed their siblings.
They married in 1935. Since they didn't finish HS, finances were always tight in our family. I had just one older brother.
@@carolynchadwick7867 thank you! You made my day! ❄🐑🧡🐑❄
love seeing your lambs playing in the barn. we have sheep on the common near us but sadly another two were knocked down today on the road . I wish they were in a barn like yours or a field safe. However I wish cars would slow down.
it's beautiful how you care for them.
Nothing like seeing all those lambs. A lot of work for you. A LOT of fun for us.😘
Hello. Just wanted to say to hang in there. Also, I, personally, can never get enough of your videos. A lot of lambs in a couple of days. So cute!
My Goodness, the lambs! Waiting to see the count at the end. Take Care of yourself, this has to be exhausting.
The swaddled lamb looked like it was smiling! So cute!
You are a saint to your girls and their babies❤️ This has been a busy, busy time,, I couldn’t do what your doing, lol Thank you for sharing ❤️ And all the babies are just beautiful 😍
I can imagine that you feel that in your heart when you lose lambs. You are such a sweet person. I think not a lot of people would be watching you if you were not 😅😘♥️
I've been under the weather and have been binge watching old episodes... LOVE IT 😍. It makes me so happy and feel better.
So, lot's of love from the Netherlands, Daniëlle 😘♥️
We all hurt right along with you Sandi when the babies have to go to Heaven too early. I say a prayer for them from ALL of us! Thank you so much for making time to share your World with your Family of fans! Cheers From Ohio and Keep Strutting!

Wow! If these ladies keep dropping threes and fours, your going to need bigger bonding pens! Seems like there have been a lot of triplets and quads. What a wonderful experience!
I can’t even begin to tell you how much I needed this video today thank you so much
So sorry for the loss of the lambs.
The lamb that was climbing out, mama finally turns around "Oh! Hey!"
Love that the school bus has become the NICU. ❤
Wow 😲 lots of triplets this lambing time so beautiful it has made my day thank you Sandi.

You have a new follower - my dog! He has perked up in the past when he heard the sheep and lambs, but today he was where he could see the iPad screen. He was totally entranced. He even gave me the « isn’t there more » look when the video ended! 🐑🐑🐕🦺

There goes the little lambs with running, jumping and hopping which is so enjoyable to watch. Soooo CUTE! 😍 😊
I got on here 9min after you posted. And it's funny I was just looking to see if you posted shortly before lol I love the babies calls brings me back to my farm days growing up.
Anyone else get so excited at Sandi's voice when one lambs? It is ADORABLE! I have to say I can just see her as a Grandma! You are amazing Sandi and I love watching you and just how candid you are. As a hog farmer's daughter, I know all too well how hard farm life is. I so appreciate you. ❤
Hello Sandy so happy when you're on. Lots of love from Pretoria
You are a great mummy to those little Lambs.Thankyou Sandy for being such a great Shepard.
Yarn sold out in minute 12:03 😢 gone. I was on at 11:58 waiting. Sooo sad 😔.
It was so delightful seeing Carissa with the babies! She just glows and I enjoy seeing the smile all over her face!
The obsession in me is asking "Do you have extra batteries for that thermometer?" Your thermometer has been the indispensable tool of lambing.
Holy lambs everywhere for sure! The little wagging tails is my soft spot.
Wow, you poor soul. That is a lot of lambs this season.
Sandi: When lambing is finished, would you put all the different colored and marked lambs together for a picture? It seems like there is a larger number this time. Your nursery ones are so interesting and rewarding. You remain the hero!!
I was one min late to the wool sale lol, wool was sold out in 3 mins!! I got a felting kit tho! I’m hopeful for more dryer balls I’ve been trying to get my hands on them since your first release LOL.
Same here😭. I really wanted some of that color.
In 3 min….. wow! That’s amazing.
I was so excited to finally get a felting kit. I created my shopping account before hand and was refreshing the site from two minutes before, lol. I also want some of the dryer balls eventually. Maybe next time.
@@inannaliban so cool! ♥️♥️♥️ congrats ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Isn’t it amazing that there’s such a demand for the wool! So cool to get to work with wool that we know EXACTLY where it was produced! Bravo for traceability - and to the wizards at Mariposa for turning Charlie’s shearing into GORGEOUS stuff!
Oh the little "Ginger" is ADORABLE !!!
I just love watching your videos. It is amazing to watch all the babies being born! Thank you so much for sharing all this with us!!

Watching this one made me say "ouch!" outloud lol. Much respect for the mamas today!
I’ve watched four lambing’s now. The first two I fell in love with the process. But last time I was ready to stop watching them because of just how hard it was. But this lambing has redeemed! Lots of hard moments but soooooooooooo many more successes. Excited to have my own little farm someday and my own sheep!
Matty can't stay away from you when he gets the chance, Sandi. It's so cute. He loves you so much!
What’s a wonderful bunch of moms and babies, huge shout out to you for incredible loving care.
