How to Make Cardboard Gun (Very Simple )

The piece that you fold at the end (of the smaller tube) with the rubber band should be thin enough that it slides when the rubber band is released but also thick enough that it stops the tube from going all the way through...

you can subsitite glue with tape and for the spring, try taking apart some spare mechanisms (e.g. other toys) and see if they have any springs
