    Are KE law enforcement officers required to learn, understand and master the law?
    Asking because of some of the charges I heard being read {by the team of Legal counsel} - in the High court during Sen. Okiya Omtatah 's case + the protesters, sounded extremely strange⁉️🤷‍♀️
