How can you know if the child has hypotension coz in our country we don't measure bp in children

yea honestly, in most countries we do not measure bp unless in specific cases such as renal or cardia issues, and hypotension is assessed by pulse pressure, tachycardia, cap refil and others

In children with diarrhoea or suspected volume losses, measure bp and check the percentile chart.

Sir age ×2+70. Example 8 year multiple by 2 equals to 16 then add 70 we got 96 systolic pressure less than 96 considered hypotension
