Hello Joanne, thank you for sharing this sewing technique. I have made this top with the square neckline, however I found the armholes quite loose and low (showing my bra) not a good look when you’re over 60 😂. I have had this pattern for a few years, having made most of the views. It’s an all round good pattern. Happy sewing 🧵

Lovely 😊. I do need a little more detail about turning the facing. Did I miss something? At one second you’re finishing clipping the seams and then the next screen the facing is turned. That’s the part that I need help with. Do I pull everything through one shoulder? 🧐🤨🤔

I just watched back. Yes you pull the backs through the shoulders. This sleeveless style requires there to be a centre back seam so each back piece can turn through its corresponding shoulder. Hope that helps.

Just what I thought - the most important bit not shown!

You feed the back through their shoulder towards the front piece, have seen it on Sewing Bee. I have notice a lot of their videos leave out the shoulder bits

Hi Jo! This is awesome because I was just thinking about how to do this. You made this very clear thank you! I love the top you are wearing. Did you make it? If you did what pattern did you use? Have a great day
