Edit: I love how each side is different. I like how one side is lighter and the other is darker. It gives you the dimension you want. I wouldn’t change it!

Highlights would be fire. I’d wait until right before summer though. Let this color “settle”. You’ll feel like you have another new look probably because you will.

The side she did first is the lighter side, so it totally makes sense why your left side is lighter than the right because it had more time for the color to develop lol. A lot of stylists will start in thr back or front for this reason. But the cut is amazing and looks even better day 2!

The cut is perfect and fits your face. The chocolate is gorgeous on you and I agree to add a little more depth but overall it’s a good look. Kudos to Crystal and Salon Skanda.

I agree totally that you should add your highlights back again. It will be GORGEOUS over the deep tones. You look GREAT. Please let us know if the color with NO BLEACH leaves your hair brassy the way that bleach usually does??
I love the results but I can see the difference like you said. I think the darker side is actually longer and has more hair too and that might be why it looks darker. It seems as if the lighter side has more layers or maybe your textures or different on both sides 🥰

I think your hair looks great, and really like the color. I know color can be really taxing on your hair, so I do think it would be best to wait some time before processing it further. Love it! 😍
I actually like the fact that one side is a bit darker than the other! Cut looks really nice. I thought the vitamin c detox was really interesting! I was concerned that it would dry your hair out, but it looked good. And you are right, she seemed really collaborative. I like that. You look great and happy.
I like the cut & color! But I get what you mean about balancing out color & adding some low lights.

Gorgeous hair!!! Oooolala!! The cut looks great, the color divine. Request her to even it out so both side are equal. I believe in my humble opinion you could go a tad bit lighter and have some highlights/balayage towards the layers on the top. Two questions: can you give us the scoop on the Vitamin C detox we can do at home? Also tips on hair to find a solid stylist to shape layer curly hair in our geographical locations? I looked before but was turned off because the prices were astronomical! 😊🙂👍🏾👍🏾❤💗......great content!!
i remember when u had super short hair and look now it got so long do u have tips? i have the feeling if u use diffrent products from diffrent brands orbuse conditioner as leave in kinda drys the hair out? what do u think?

I loved them and am definitely interested in using them myself so I can get a better idea of how much I *actually* like them. And yes ofc! there will def be a pt 2 the next time I go in

the color difference was so stark. you know what? if she could add some color to the bangs, and more red undertone you'd be feeling yourself. oooo and some more of those pintura highlights at the end, i think that would bring back some of that dimension

yep she said sometimes with toner, it takes a few washes to get fully settled so over the next few washes we’re watching how it goes!

I see what you see the right side is darker than the left. The back is the same as left
yep so vitamin c powder mixed in with shampoo for a deeper cleanse + detox OR with conditioner for a more moisturizing mild detox

Definitely. I have used vitamins c pills and coconut oil with clarify shampoo to remove black dye from my hair. So yes I would be interested

Love the hair! It’s good you stayed positive about the whole experience but she should have gotten the color right the first time. Because curly hair cuts/color aren’t cheap, I have experienced it for myself. Still very cute!

How I got rid of single strand knots by stop using raw oils and butters I don't use products that have raw oils and butters in the first five ingredients. No more single strand knots for me.

I have type 4 curly hair and I LOVE innersense products! I use the hydrating curl bath and conditioner and I use I create hold pulse I create volume!!! The best wash and go eveeeer
