    I have those gloves. They work well. We always took our steer to a beef processor. I have a new appreciation for their work.

    Ya it’s a very hard job ( people sometimes don’t realize how

    Nice to feel secure with all that protein. Yes, can a lot of it! Bone broth excellent to have on hand… fat render down. Smoke some… make some beef bacon! Yummm!

    It is definitely a big job, but so worth it. Just a thought for ya - I always double grind the burger as it makes a nicer product I find. Good job !
