Just wanted to report back that I made these on Sunday. I doubled the recipe and made a 9x13 pan. Two blondies are left. There’s only three of us in this house. 😊 These were delicious and SO easy, and I’ll have fun experimenting with mix-ins. I made this first batch with no mix-ins, but I want to try peanut butter chips or Reese’s Pieces. If you’re on the fence about making these, don’t hesitate!
A few times for the holiday season, my grandmother went all out making and and treats. Two I especially liked were an orange ball (a nice bright orange taste, but I don't know the ingredients, and I recall the texture might have had coconut, a sort of sandy powdery feel? But this tasted great. The other was a "snowball" which I think had coconut, possibly cocoa powder, and the outside was rolled in powdered sugar. I wish I had her recipes for these, made around my early teens, I think.
It is fate that I stumbled onto your channel recently. You cook (and talk about cooking) exactly how I would want to. Focus on what is simple and hearty and delicious! I have had blondies on the brain for a while but couldn’t find the perfect recipe (do you know that some people make blondies without brown sugar??!!!!). I will be making them this week! Can’t wait!
Made these last night and I loved the simplicity of the recipe and ingredients that I always have on hand. They are delicious! Adding to my favorite recipes list! Thank you for sharing!! ❤
Made them today , easy no fail recipe and they cook-up beautifully and they do slice up beautifully as well , I’m making another batch for my Salon tomorrow and the ladies will love them 😋
I like the orange zest and cinnamon idea! I/d be prone to use lots of orange zest and a moderate amount of cinnamon (any nutmeg?). Peanut butter chips, also good. I'd like to try the butterscotch.
I made a meal today of sausage and peppers, black beans and rice and the blonde brownies. The blonde brownies were so easy to put together, and so delicious and sweet after the sausage and peppers.
THANK YOU 👏👏👏♥️👏👏👏 I PLAN TO ADD WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND WALNUTS…AND DOUBLE THE RECIPE, HOPEFULLY IT WILL NOT DRY THE OUTCOME OF THE BLONDIES… THESE LOOK SCRUMPTIOUS 👍 THANKS AGAIN FOR SHARING 👏👏👏
Wow, these look so good! Thanks for the recipe and the variations you recommended. I've seen some recipes where they brown the butter first to get even more of a butterscotch flavor, would you recommend doing that if one has the time, or do you think it wouldn't be worth the trouble?
Hi A!!! These brownies look delicious. Only thing I do not like dark chocolate at all. I like pecans...but most time don't add nuts. The orange zest with cinnamon sounds delish. I like bars better than cookies... Great video my friend!!!...
I've made your Blondies before and let me tell you everyone loves them. Served warm a la mode with caramel drizzle. Ahhh if anyone hasn't tried them, TRY THEM. They are THE BEST👍🥇🥇🥇
Hi. Have you used the convection setting on the oven if it makes a difference when it comes to recipes like this? I heard convection is good for brownies and such but when I tried it it needed to cook longer. I'm new in using convection but have been using the standard way of baking.
Hi, I made this recipeee and it tastes so good however my blondies texture turns out more like a cake and not as chewy gooey inside and crispy on the outside like yours. Do you know how I might go wrong 😅 thank you for sharing
I just made these and while they were delicious .. I didn’t get a blondie texture , it was more of a cake texture . Any idea what I could have done wrong ?
omg blondies with chocolate chips! for the chocolate chip cookie lover who can't be bothered with scooping the dough out, brilliant!!
Yeeesssss! That would be me. 🙋🏻♀️😬

How do you keep reading our minds, knowing exactly what we want to be eating?😄

Is that a 9x9 or 8x8 pan?
My favorite for bloodies is to add 🥓 bacon 🥓
Where do you get a flat whisk at?
Just put a pan in the oven 👍❤️thanks!
Have you tried almond extract instead of vanilla?
I just made these and while they were delicious .. I didn’t get a blondie texture , it was more of a cake texture . Any idea what I could have done wrong ?
Gotta ask , why are they called Blondies ?
I think cuz they're not "brownies"
Youre like me: cannot cut straight. Lol.
_...blondies don't have chocolate...that's what makes them "blondies"..._ 🤔...
😋😋😋 se ven deliciosos. Gracias por compartir 🙌🏻🌹
Delicious 😋
