Sometimes simple recipes are just the best, and your blondie recipe is no exception! I haven't made blondies since high school, but I'm going to make some this week! Thanks for the inspiration, Kaleb.
From Canada, love all of your videos. Your property, and especially your kitchen are gorgeous. I appreciate how you don't touch the flour with your hands when evening it out of the measuring cup.
I'm going to make these today! I love blondies, and I love browned butter. I make my own ghee every few weeks and I take mine to the browned level. Because I am lactose intolerant, I have to remove the browned bits and the white solids that float to the top. It leaves me with pure liquid gold. Thank you for an excellent video presentation. Great job!
This looks so good! It’s the first recipe for a blondie I’ve found that actually looks like a no chocolate brownie instead of a cookie bar. Thank you!!
Hi Kaleb, you are so right about browned butter and the over-the-top flavor it adds to a recipe. I have never made blondies before but will be giving them a try. You have a very wonderful week. Stay safe and stay well.
Those puppies need some toasted pecans for absolute perfection. Also, every time I watch you preparing cake or cookie batters, I always wish you had a Danish pastry whisk for quick and easy mixing. They are life changers.
Hello from Bangalore, India. I have so far baked only “brown”brownies...never knew about “blondies ”. (Kind of unfortunate nomenclature I think😀).. Would love to try these with your recipe. BTW the “brown butter” that your are so raving about, seems like ghee to me. It is also called clarified butter. This is the favourite fat used in almost all Indian cooking, and in the sub continent in fact. Ghee is indeed more flavourful and lends both a fragrance and crispness in baking. It is possible to infuse subtle flavours into ghee by adding for example couple of cloves or a small stick of cinnamon to the butter after it melts. We add some local herbs too. Anyway your recipe looks easy and the result very tempting. Thank you for the video.
Oh my gosh. Theres this museum we go to that has blondies in their cafe`, and they are so good, I sit there and eat them and try to deconsruct in my mouth while tasting. I havent been able to figure them out. It's the BROWN BUTTER! They are in the oven right now, Im going nuts. 35 more minutes!
Kaleb, this is probably a dumb question, but what is the difference between caramel and butterscotch? I adore caramel but not butterscotch and have never really understood the difference. 🤔
Hi where can I purchase the teapot you have on your cooktop and what is it called? My husband loves it so I want to get one for our anniversary coming up in April? Thank you!
i have a question are their any desserts or Treats that can be made in a air fryer or air cooker? i dont have a oven i do have a air fry or air cooker so i was just wondering if their are any Desserts or treats that could be made in one :)
I think with all purpose gluten free flour will make it even more gooey 🤔. I'm going to try it, and I'm going to use 1/2 cup rice flour with gluten free flour too
Hi Shelia! The full recipe is in the description of the video and here: www.wyseguide.com/brown-butter-blondies/ Rather than have you write down the amounts as I say them, it makes more sense to put them in text form for viewers to reference later. Enjoy!
You can print the recipe here: www.wyseguide.com/brown-butter-blondies/

Update: The Blondies came out delicious! Very chewy, perfectly gooey, and I will be making these again.
Did you use the recipe as written? 1/2 tbsp of butter?
Made these with milk chocolate chips (milk chocolate is the white chocolate of actual chocolate) and they were divine. And yes it smelled amazing.
This looks so good! It’s the first recipe for a blondie I’ve found that actually looks like a no chocolate brownie instead of a cookie bar. Thank you!!
I just made two batches of these.. oh my goodness ..? So so so delicious

Yup, we are hibernating in Iowa. Yummmm, beautiful, my mouth is watering!
I made these and they are absolutely delicious 😋 ❤thanks for sharing!
One of my favorite ways to use browned butter is in frosting for cinnamon rolls. Nice and thick/gooey frosting...😋
Ok you're a genius 😮❤
Served hot with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with Carmel sauce

Love you! :) Keep recipes coming!
I kind of want to try these with butterscotch morsels.
Looks amazing!
They look so good! What nut would you suggest to add and would you toast nuts before adding? Thank you for all your great recipes and stories!
I've used both peanuts and pecans. They are both yummy...I always toast nuts when baking
I would do toasted hazelnuts, I imagine it would have a yummy praline flavor because of the caramel notes in the blondies
Looks yummy can't wait to try! Thanks!
I love blondies! My Mom used to make them for me (without the white chips) because I’m allergic to chocolate. 🤷🏼♀️ Thanks for sharing this recipe! 😋
Best blondies recipe made them today delicious 5 stars …. Enjoy watching your videos….
Oh my gosh. Theres this museum we go to that has blondies in their cafe`, and they are so good, I sit there and eat them and try to deconsruct in my mouth while tasting.

Kaleb, this is probably a dumb question, but what is the difference between caramel and butterscotch? I adore caramel but not butterscotch and have never really understood the difference. 🤔
Caramel is granulated sugar and butterscotch is brown sugar.

Can you give the measurements in grams plz?
I have a question. You talked about measuring flour. Why don't you sift the flour?
i have a question are their any desserts or Treats that can be made in a air fryer or air cooker? i dont have a oven i do have a air fry or air cooker so i was just wondering if their are any Desserts or treats that could be made in one :)
Can I use less sugar? Would it make a difference in texture? TIA
Yum yum yum 😋
Yum!!!
Recipe says 1/2 Tbsp of butter, is this correct or is it a typo?
I wonder if I could make them gluten free??
Use almond flour
I think with all purpose gluten free flour will make it even more gooey 🤔. I'm going to try it, and I'm going to use 1/2 cup rice flour with gluten free flour too
Me gustó.
Whats problem with black?
Could you add cranberries to this?
yum, and no, no, no-always dark chocolate and nuts in my blondies! #differentstrokes
Butterscotch chips for me, white chocolate is just too sweet.
Share my foot!!!!! Those will b MINE!!!! Lol.
Where did you get the cute little egg holder?
I want one too 😆
Looks vintage, try eBay
@@phillipsmom6252 yeah he uses a lot of his family heirlooms and thrift finds.
I love your Blondies ,but wondered why dont you write ingredients with grams? No perfect results by cups you knows it well sure
Where are the measurements 😮
New viewer here. You’re not telling how much of the ingredients. The recipe? I’ve never seen a cooking channel that doesn’t give the recipe.
