This song/video is from Beyoncé’s 2016 Visual album Lemonade. The album explores Beyoncé’s emotional journey through her husband’s infidelity in a generational and racial/cultural context. The album is considered Beyoncé’s Magnum Opus/Masterpiece and is widely regarded as one of the greatest albums of all time.
I think that the “God is God. I am not” was also a reference to some of her crazy fans that view her as a goddess and probably the cult that was created around her persona. There are literally “Beyonce churches”, I saw a mini documentary about it, really crazy😂

Lemonade-4:44-The Carters are 3 acts in a continuous work about the struggles of infidelity and keeping their marriage together. Jay-Z has admitted to his part in interviews and on the record.
