If you will watch his interview on Dougbrock Tv, you will understand why he was always late in their practice during their early days..it's bec he had so much chores and errands to attend to in his relative's house. Actually sb19 especially Stell is getting young crowds. One of their fan is a 3 year old youtuber named Wewenfam. She's a Filipino living in Canada and she literally stan Stell the whole time. She's the type of the kid that instead of being into Disney she prefers Sb19. 😍

Ken's experience was the most difficult, his parents left him alone under his grandparents care when he was still a wee baby, so they can work abroad. He only saw his parents just “ once” in his whole life.
We all know Ken rarely talks, and I appreciate him even more slowly opening up his story to us..

I watched this original video already but I cried again when u started crying on Ken’s part. I admired Ken more on how honest he was in telling his lack of money, he came from bukid (farm), that he slept on a banig (mat) and the fact that he knows how to pay through service while he was living in his Aunt’s place (cooking, cleaning) and he endured all of it to pursue his dreams and change his life and change people’s lives. Adding the fact Josh took care of his plane ticket while Josh was struggling as well. I totally love each one of them. Sorry I paused, I will just rewatch this for you later.
Ken is a Typical village boy, who has found his fame in the city of Manila a City of Dreams for most Filipinos. I'm so touched of their stories individually🥺 and here they are.. happy for them 👍👍👍❤️💙

There was a story in Pablo’s TikTok that he was inviting Jah for a road trip with SB19 but then Jah went to Bulacan ( around 2 hours) from Metro Manila to spend time with The Juan’s and shot the Jah vlog (pajama party)
The group that interviewed them is called The Juans. A pinoy boyband also. Actually they became friends when they do the TM commercial collaboration last year... And you're right, RJ is the one in Justin's vlog together with Carl and Chael. Hope you will check their TM commercial video.. It's TM PUSH ANG PUSUAN. and TM FUN PASKO SAMAHANG PINA EASY. they also had a live performance during TM Pusuan.
Boy/girl bands are not really accepted in the Philippines.They been struggling for a long to break into Philippines music industry. Soloist and love team are very popular. #SB19 is the first boy band that really break in the pop music. SB19 is paving the way for the next generation of Ppop

I also love getting to know their stories behind the camera and how are they doing behind, if they're still okay or not.. Coz I relate to them so much even if I haven't experienced what they've experienced in life but the fact that I get to know them as a (far) friend not just as an idol.. It really is strengthens the bond between them and us (A'tin).. No sugar-coating everytime they share their life stories coz we all know how life works, it's unfair to all of us and it's inspiring to know people like SB19 getting their own way out of that unfair/unfortunate life through pursuing what they want/love 💙💙

Kwento Juan is a word play, combination of "kuwentuhan"(story telling)+"The Juans" (their band name, which the name Juan is also the representation of a normal Filipino)

It’s so hard listening to what Josh had to say when he’s also said there’s more he’s not ready to talk about yet. Now I understand why he was sooo thin during Se-on and why he also appeared really tired during performances.
Ken is also slowly being less ashamed of his roots, voice, and appearance. In the PhilKor BTS vlog, he looked at himself while Justin was filming the two of them and said, “Yuck. Ugly.” because he’s dark, not light skinned like the rest of them. How, really? Makes you wonder what he’s been told if he sees himself that way!

Carl is referring to the other "Josh"; their bandmate in the Juans. That's what he meant by "fake Josh" but of course, it's a joke. 😊
Let me just explain the red shirt joke thing for Stell, here in the PH, usually birthday celebrants wore red as a sign of celebration.
~~ so showing in a funeral wearing red is rude (means you are celebrating the death of somebody)
