Thanks Hugh, always look forward to your videos fast becoming my favourite channel, just acquired my own lovely wee c15, keep them coming. Cheers from Yorkshire.
Bob. Wow, that is so kind of you. For many years we went to Reeth or Healaugh or Hawes for holidays. A most wonderful part of the world. You've got to make some C15 films of travels round these great roads. Got to do one of Swaledale. Thank you for your lovely comment.
Hello, thank you for the comment. I have not got round to considering the drain plugs yet. So much oil was coming from the seals it masked any leaks that might be coming from down there. It will be interesting to see.
Hello Mark thank you for getting in touch. My C15 is '59 supposedly. It is not the original frame or engine. You could swap frames back in the day! My engine does not even have matching casing numbers! So the forks could be anything and I'm no expert. So sorry that is not of much help. Despite this I love my wee bike. It's certainly got history!

Copper, aluminium or fiber washers maybe? Fiber would probably seal on a poor surface best.
@@bsimpson6204 Thanks for that - it is fibre seals currently.
love your videos!!
John, as usual you are so positive.
What year is your C15 Hugh? I've a feeling the fork design changed at some point - so just wanted to check if ours were similar years. Thanks!
