you had 0 passive stacks when you compared LT with conqueror. Maybe the extra attack speed from passive stacks gives LT some viability over conqueror in some games

I'm unsure why new LT doesnt work with Bel'Veth Q like the old one did. The new one works with E but not with Q? I dont think that's intentional
