Yep since they did not even get their own music score…plus hrolf was easy compared to sigrun or Gna. Plus the valkyries were a bit more dynamic since they aren’t all locked up in a room. @@NateDdragon I do not think it is fair to compare the two. Niflheim’s role in the 2nd game is different from the first. But Ivaldi’s workshop still sucks cause of its repetitive and slog nature. Compare it to the Vanaheim crater area where you get late game resources which is THE BEST PLACE IN THE GAME. Like you get the late game resources by EXPLORING not for doing the same boring shit over and over again.
@@nathanieljefferies5491 that “same boring shit” actually gave us good chests while the raven chests suck if you do them post game. also, the dragon fight when fighting the raven keeper was lazy imo. i 100% the game, and i can say that the vanaheim crater/jungle was handled very well, but imagine what we would have if all realms were maximized. imagine if fenrir wasn’t blocking the worst mission in the game? we could explore more of jotunheim, but what did we get? A FLOWER. helheim also felt like a throwaway realm just for kratos and atreus to reunite. mimir brings up the fact that hrasvelgr wants to retire, but there’s no favor to help her. what if we could some giant creature to replace her (not fen because he’s too precious)? i honestly wished there was a mystic gateway in the realm travel room routes so we can go back to those places. imagine ivaldi’s workshop on ice? ice mist slows you down instead of killing you slowly, maybe? what about old muspelheim trials? what if gondul was replaced with gná?
I love how poetic the Valkyries are, like fallen angels you are setting free. They really didn't disapoint with their designs and nothing matches in other interpretations.

Olrun,Gondul,Hildr and Kara it would be perfect to know their story I hope they appear in the next dlc to know their story as well as the story of Gna and Brynhildr that this Valkyrie has not yet appeared in the games and is quite important in the stories of mythology especially the story of the hero Sigurd/Siegfried It's just a shame that all they died in the battle of Ragnarok and didn't appear in this dlc of Valhalla 🤔😭🥺🤧 like and Bye!
I’ll very likely be using this suite for the Abbot in my Curse of Strahd D&D game, it’s (in my opinion) one of the best blends of celestial song and vengeance I’ve ever come across; quite possibly the best.

The Valkyries were something special. The new Berserkers were never going to surpass them. I'm glad we got some more of them in Ragnarok aswell
