It takes time bro. Start off with some basic electronic fixes first. It took me a while before I got a job at an agri-tech manufacturing company. You don't want to make mistakes like some do :)

Thanks. As Mercuraz says, start off with simple repairs and slowly work your way up. Put in as many hours as you can for practice and you'll get there

My ps5 makes 3 beep after plugging in the power cord. Would you happen to have a working firmware dump, so I can flash to the bios chip? For a CFI-1215a EDM-033 disc edition

Unfortunately I can't provide the BIOS files. They're floating around the Internet but unfortunately if I provide them in download form I can be sued by Sony. I can sell chips from donor boards but I just can't provide actual downloads. I'm sorry about that

How can you read that dead chip? And isn't that BIOS chip married to the board?

The chip wasn't dead, just badly soldered and it had been damaged quite a bit. Yes technically it's married to the board but it's not hard to program a new chip with the right tools (a programmer and my custom software)
