I wish we still had racing games that were basically interactive over-the-top action movies directed by Michael Bay. Games like Split Second, the Motorstorm games, the Stuntman games etc. Games like these are the perfect answer to the super serious sim racing games that have taken over the racing game genre these days.

This game definitely mix rally driving and gymkhana skill whatever vehicles they gave you, also Odd-Job, Stunt Arena, Rehearsal, is nice variety plus each director definitely gave you many experiences as stuntman in movies

I wish this type of unique approach still existed. I started with Ignition. Never played the Driver games of this earlier period or the original but it's still really fun, challenging but fun and unique.
The Stuntman series needs a comeback. It’s the only driving game that my non car guy friends loved from the first second…this is what I love about driving games. It’s not about lap times, it’s about using your skills in another way that makes games like this feel much more accessible than even Forza Horizon or Need For Speed
the jump from the first stuntman game to this is like if Michael Bay stepped in during the game's development i love it

This was really fun to watch, I vaguely remember seeing this game in stores but never got to see game play of it. It actually looks super fun ngl, so much is going on even I can't process it lol. Great video as always Dove and props to Javi for pushing this video out, I liked the ads that were edited in.
This editing is ON POINT! It just makes everything going on so much better. It fits so well that half the time I don't know what's the game and what's because of editing
i finished this game on PS2, i can't belive that this game got a PS2 Port, but it seem to have everything the PS3 port did, even an Editor for a custom arena, wich you could freely place ramps and other objects you unlock from the movies
You need to Try out the First Part of Stuntman, its also pretty good, but not as effect heavy as Ignition
The first Stuntman was made by the Driver devs and that's the really difficult one. This one's a bit more forgiving thankfully. Though frustrating, the first one gave me my money's worth in replays for sure as a kid. In this one you get 5 stars just as long as you keep the combo going the whole way even if you fail some stunts.
This was my first PS2 game. It's definitely a sharp learning curve - I remember some guy at the demo booth in Walmart trying to play it and completely missing the sign in the second level.
Ignition has a lot more personality than the first game, but it lacks the ball-crushing difficulty. Probably why I beat it well before the first game, lol.
I remember playing the original stuntman when i was a kid and looking back im amazed at how well cars barrel rolled way back then 😂
This game was release in '07 so it pre-dates the string of over the top F&F movies by 2 years, I think it is fair to argue that Vin Diesel stole his ideas for the movies from this game
Quick FYI, but the Xbox 360 version of this game works on the Xbox One/Series systems, so if you've got one of those that would be the best way to play.
I'm actually really far into 100%ing this game on the xbox without the online achievements. one of my favorite driving games to be honest.
You need to play the first stuntman game from the PS2. Soooo much more difficult than this but satisfying to play

God, i remember doing this as a kid. Although the ones that really stuck with me were the spy movie scenes from the first game, even fucking completing that final scene took weeks out of my life.
I was surprised why the graphics are so much better compared to what i know from PS2- didnt know there was a PS3 port

dove play alarm fur cobra crash time series please, would love to hear your opinion on it - Crash Time 2 and 3 are available on steam and you don't need to play Crash Time 1 to understand Crash time 2, it's just 2 partners doing missions in a beautifully crafted open world german urban city , y'all so many people do be sleeping on this franchise
Thee first one was better in that you would get a walk through of what you are supposed to do before each stunt even though it is a harder game

Man, this bring me some memories, I remember getting this game for the ps2 back in the day and didn't knew what it was about, I also remember my disc was scratched to a point where one of the later movies didn't load, so I had to grind my ass to get everything before it with perfect stars to go to the next one, good times
Played it back on PS2, but i liked the narration of Crash Day on PC better (the German was just perfect)
It had slightly less actrion and more technical stuff if i recall correctly

The first Stuntman game is significantly harder than Ignition and it was made by the original Driver devs. I recommend checking it out, though the game has issues emulating.
As someone who is a bit of a perfectionist, I just keep replaying every level until I get 5 stars on all of them without any strikes lmao
