Great video mate 🔥 love the breakdown and all the information you provided, thank you very much 🤝 have a good night 🍻
Love this comment Luke! I’ve pinned your comment, Cheers mate 🔥
Like #48 - Another great video FI! The backdrop is very creative!
Thankyou mate. I really enjoy trying to make an appealing backdrop with bullion etc.
Great video and great insight! 👍🏽
I'm slowly building myself back up and will definitely be looking into the S&P 500 and trying to pick up some gold as well!
Thankyou Cy mate! Great stuff, keep going and your portfolio will increase greatly!
Great video.💯👍
Thankyou!
If you can afford it then I think property is king. Even if it doesn't go up you can rent it out and get a return that way (If it's not the house you live in).
Well said, I agree!
Sorry I missed the premium buddy, great video mate. Got my pitchfork sharpened ready to go 😂
Haha, made me chuckle that!
@@FutureInvestmentsBullion "premium"??? I meant Premier 🤦🏼😂🤣
Great video bud. Whats your opinon on a potential stock market crash this year. S&P could get a decent hair cut. Could be a nice time to buy in if it does
I’ll be investing through good times and bad. I have faith long term :)
that is a very nice looking gold coin
They’re lovely aren’t they!
I class gold/ silver as a preserve of wealth over a long time frame, not an investment as such ...
We cant compare precious metal returns against the s&p,
Comparing apples to oranges springs to mind 😮
At the end of the video I explained that Gold is a wealth preservation over an investment :)
I tend to avoid buying when theres a frenzy for an asset, like stocks or gold. Lots of people obsessed with only gold right now and its making my senses tingle.
That’s fair enough. Good sometimes to not buy once you’ve miss the window of good pricing.
I'm in the same boat as you. Saving capital to purchase first BTL. Hardest part is the patience as it takes time to build capital to invest for property and then you wonder how you can get more faster then think of crypto etc but you want to play it safe not invest in crypto then be at a loss. Safe is boring but it's good and wise. I also, invest in a few silver coins and fractional gold bars per quarter to split my wealth for long term and not so much short term gains. I also, know my money is going towards something that holds it's value instead of spending it on rubbish I don't need. Update us on the property journey. Good luck.
I couldn’t have said it better myself. That’s exactly how I feel and have my investment plan set out. I will keep you updated. Thanks for sharing!!
You are reviewing investments wrong . Its irrelevant how well any of them did in 2023 unless you wanted to cash out in 2023. What's important is how well they do on their own amd compared to other assets over numerous time frames over numerous years ( multiple data points) to work out what is liekly to be best when you need the cash. Because people dont do this they foolishly think silver is a good investment especially in the uk. Also the point of diversity is so when one asset class is down eg stocks others maybe up eg property so diversifying in both gold and silver is pointless as they track very similarly but gold out performs silver 90% of the time . Traditionally people pull out from stocks into PM as at extremes they are inverse to each other.
I used 2023 as a guide, an example of how to compare data. In the end of the video I explain how they re all completely different investments.
Thanks for this.
I absolutely see the allure of holding physical Gold but in terms of getting it, purchasing it at spot rates and liquidity, my head over heart is telling me to use my funds to buy gold on the commodities market.
Am I missing something?
What do you mean by the commodity market? I prefer tangible bullion over gold stock bullion.
I meant electronic shares in gold👍 @FutureInvestmentsBullion
When the banking system blows up you will wish you had hard assets such as gold/silver, some live in the past!
I do have Gold and Silver 😃
Good choice to pick up a "real" money, and not fiat currency who loose buying power every year...
BTL is not that good as u might think in the UK, after bad tennant (always a chance), and 20% Tax u will be forced to pay, now days your rent income will not cover your mortgage cost, plus any damage to your property to consider...
These are all points to be considered for sure.
What about the global all cap index funds?
They’re okay but the American market heavily dominates them so you might as well just hold the S&P 500.
@@FutureInvestmentsBullion The world market dominated for decades before the US took over in early 2000. I invest global but tempted to switch to S&P 500 for better returns. Alternatively, I must just go all in on BTC haha
Like 29🎉 great video buddy
Thankyou mate!! 🔥
Crypto could go to zero
Very true, hence why I said it was High Risk :)
