I hear Burns is not far behind Paul Skenes on a talent and developmental level. If this is true, Chase could be a dominant force in the Reds' rotation as soon as the late part of the 2025 season. I'm looking forward to a top notch pitching matchup between Burns and the Reds and Skenes and the Pirates in 2026.

Idk if Burns was a good or bad pick? Mlb draft is such a roll of the dice, so nobody really knows. Ill say one thing though. I do NOT trust the reds ownership or front office to make the correct decision and/or be a successful organization and they've earned that. Hopefully that changes in my lifetimes

The wood bat argument is completely ridiculous. That's something another team spins so that he drops to them. Also, pitchers mean more than bats. Period. End of story. You get a chance to take the best or second best arm in the draft, you do it. Now, that being said... I still take Condon at #2 if I'm in charge. I hope that clears everything up.
