Jenny, I just moved to Ottawa but now I’m wondering if I’m gonna need to move out east! 😂 great video - always supporting fellow Latinas, mamas and business women that are giving it their all! ❤🎉
Hi Martin, thanks for your message. Land transfer tax rate in New Brunswick is as followed: 1.00% of your property's assessed value or 1.00% of the purchase price, whichever is greater of the two values. Thanks for watching :)
I seen another video of yours. About what your family thought about living in New Brunswick after moving from Toronto. As someone who left Ontario for BC, and now In a relationship myself with a 15 year old. We have discovered living in BC Means bring cash. And well we are just tired of living paycheque to paycheque. So I’m looking for Videos on living in New Brunswick. But I’m curious as to why you and your family chose Moncton. My sister recently moved to Moncton with her family. And they love it. But I am looking more in Fredricton. Do you have any videos on that city. Mainly because I will be looking for work within the CFB Gagetown as a Civilian Cook. But I’m curious what are the differences between both Fredricton VS Moncton(sackville where you guys are)
Hi! Depending on the area, whether it’s a detach, semi detach or townhouse, on average, you’re looking at anywhere from $250k-$350k. Again though, that’s just an estimate, as it really depends on what you are looking for. If you’re ok with repairs you might find something lower, or if you want something newer, updated, and ready to move in, you’re looking at over $350k
Thanks Amanda for your feedback. It’s a bit tricky to give an exact cost for groceries as it all depends on your diet preferences. On average, it’s close to $600 per person a month. Again though, this really varies on your food choices and diet.
Thank you for sharing this information. It’s very accurate and helpful to those of us looking to live in Moncton.
