Thanks for a succinct lesson.
I do however want to know how the "Sample Data" table is created.
Please add a link to a video explaining that or the Sheet function

The sample data that was used in the video was just created as an example to show how to create the dynamic filter. You can input your own data by category like how you can normally do it or you can also have them linked from your Google Forms

Afterwards you can then just convert it to a table.
